Like other Sprig toys, it's not painted. Instead, it's dyed during the production process with safe pigments that have no heavy metals in them. The truck can do everything a real recycling truck can do, including emptying a recycling bin into the back of the truck (The child does have to pick up and secure the bin to the truck). It can also dump all its contents when your child pulls on a lever. A bigger lever pulls the body of the truck back up so it can continue on to pick up more recycling.
